The afro house star arrives in Madrid on March 7 to headline the LOOP event
Francis Mercier’s world tour continues to gain momentum, stacking up dates and traveling across the globe with his fresh and dynamic sound. An explosion of electronic joy will touch down in Madrid on March 7 at the legendary FABRIK club, as part of the fourth edition of LOOP, one of the most recognizable brands in Spanish clubbing. This performance will also mark Francis Mercier’s debut at the Madrid venue.
Joining Francis in the Main Room will be Honey Dijon, a key figure in contemporary house and a global cultural icon whose sound blends heritage, message, and elegance. Also stepping into the booth will be Chelina Manuhutu with her effective tech house energy, and MoBlack, one of the leading names in today’s afro house movement.
The lineup is further expanded with two special showcases: AND DANCE, led by Fran Ares, and the Wololo Sound showcase, bringing together top-tier artists such as Classmatic, Layla Benitez, Freenzy, Daniel Orpi, Diego Delgado, and Danny Le Black.
As the founder of Deep Root Tribe, Mercier has played a key role in the global expansion of afro house. His creative platform has championed new talent and built an international community that prioritizes artistic identity, cultural roots, and emotion over passing trends. His worldwide hits “Sauti,” “Premier Gaou (Nitefreak Remix),” and “Kamili,” along with the rest of his catalog, have collectively surpassed 500 million streams, with each release embodying the same philosophy: music designed to reach all cultures and every corner of the world.
Francis Mercier recently announced his residency at Hï Ibiza, Francis Mercier Presents Solèy. A new adventure conceived as a sensory and multicultural journey that transforms Mondays into a weekly celebration of sounds united from every corner of the globe. From June 1 to October 5, the Haitian DJ and producer will lead 19 dates, opening a new chapter in the programming of the World’s No.1 Club (recognized as such by DJ Mag for the fourth consecutive year in 2025).
