This year, Papa Sven will be joined by Dana Ruh, Len Faki, Mateo Dufour, Nina Kraviz and Richie Hawtin.
In the history of Ibiza, there have been bad parties, good parties, great parties, and parties that have changed the paradigm of the electronic music scene—not only on the island, but across the world. One of those parties was undoubtedly Cocoon Ibiza, a concept created by Sven Väth that became an unquestionable reference point and found the perfect home at Amnesia.
On July 19, 1999, Cocoon held its first party at Amnesia Ibiza. On July 19, 2026—exactly the same date—the legendary party returns to take over its home 27 years later. At Cocoon, the focus has always been on going back to basics and the essence of electronic dance music, putting VIP culture in the background, promoting longer sets, and allowing invited DJs to explore a broader musical territory and earn the trust of the crowd. This same musical philosophy is reflected in the parties, wherever they take place.

For this very special event, Dana Ruh will take to the booth—one of the long-standing activists of raw, underground house. She somehow manages to run an impeccable label, a vinyl record store, produce music, and still find time to go out and enjoy herself. Also joining is Mateo Dufour, born in Buenos Aires, one of the most promising South American DJs and producers and a key member of the Key Records team.
Two true sound craftsmen join the celebration. The first is Len Faki, who has increasingly found pleasure in editing tracks for his DJ sets to create his own musical universe and further develop his unique sound on stage. Len Faki’s playing style—dry yet communicative—sets him apart as a true gentleman behind the decks, an artist whose sets are driven by passion and raw beauty, using his fingertips like sensors on a Richter scale, measuring, anticipating, and triggering eruptions on the dancefloor. The second is the irreverent Nina Kraviz—attending one of her sets is always an unknown; you never know where she will go or what sonic path she will take. Her energy on stage, the way she moves, and how she faces the crowd without hesitation is deeply hypnotic.
Richie Hawtin returns to the club and the party that changed the way he understands club culture—the club that put an endless smile on his face. For that and much more, this performance by Richie Hawtin is one you simply cannot miss. Finally, the guru of Cocoon—because Sven Väth is not only a musical figure, but a model of behavior and attitude, someone to look up to and a voice worth listening to, as his words always carry wisdom. With his passion for vinyl, he energizes and hypnotizes the crowd, taking them along on a journey. At a Sven set, you are part of a performance where no one knows what will happen. It has always been that way.
