WhoMadeWho’s festival brand joins forces with Yard for a two-day celebration at Portugal’s White Sand Mountains
For the first time, Yard Portugal will host its end-of-season festival, ‘One Last Summer Dance’, in collaboration with The Moment, the Copenhagen-based festival brand founded by electronic trio WhoMadeWho. The collaboration will bring two days of music, art and design to Yard’s White Sand Mountains in Setúbal on September 11 and 12.
As the main highlights across both days, WhoMadeWho will perform a live set on Friday, followed by a Hybrid Set on Saturday, showcasing the group’s renowned sound, celebrated for its genre-blending approach and distinctive live performances.
The rest of the line-up will deliver the best in house, techno and melodic sounds across two stages, with artists including Damian Lazarus, Dennis Cruz, DJ Tennis, Jimi Jules, Anthony, Brunello, Avantgard Tabldot, Jamiie and Luch, with further names still to be announced.
The collaboration brings The Moment’s unique identity to the Yard experience. Built around a philosophy that originates with the band itself, The Moment festival is known for its feel-good dancefloors and groove-driven musical approach, having travelled to destinations including Egypt, Morocco, Brazil and many others.
Together, both projects will bring a special energy to the Yard experience, which has established itself through its spectacular location, art installations and free-spirited crowds.
One Last Summer Dance: the end-of-season celebration at the White Sand Mountains
To celebrate the end of the season, One Last Summer Dance will take over one of the industry’s most unique festival locations and the home of Yard Portugal: the White Sand Mountains.
In this spectacular setting, white dunes and dramatic rock formations will provide the natural backdrop for the Main Stage and Heart Stage, while production, lighting, art and visual installations will enhance the surrounding landscape and create an immersive experience.
Beyond the festival site, Yard is located within the wider landscape of Azeitão and the Arrábida Natural Park, an area characterised by vineyards, historic palaces and some of Portugal’s clearest beaches.
With the support of Visit Portugal, the weekend will also offer an opportunity to discover a lesser-known side of Lisbon and its surroundings, combining Yard’s distinctive approach to music and culture with the natural landscape, coastline and heritage of the Setúbal region.
A landmark year for Yard Portugal
This collaborative event follows an especially important year for the Portuguese brand, which continues to establish itself as one of the country’s most distinctive music and cultural experiences.
Its spectacular White Sand Mountains location has already welcomed artists including RY X, Bonobo, PAWSA, Ahmed Spins, Rampa, Adam Port and Disclosure.
Yard has also continued to expand its international presence with events in destinations including Rio de Janeiro, bringing its distinctive combination of music, art and culture to new audiences.
Now, with ‘One Last Summer Dance’, Yard and The Moment will join forces to close the 2026 season with a special two-day celebration.
Tickets are now on sale via Shotgun.
