BBC Radio 1 favourite Loz Seka makes his debut on FLAMENCA Records with his powerful new single ‘Cuccú’, out now on the label via distributor Toolroom Records.
Seka, who has received radio support from Danny Howard, Arielle Free, Jaguar, Jeremiah Asiamah and Annie Mac, as well as club support from Fatboy Slim, Mark Knight, Solardo, MK, Sonny Fodera and Syreeta, was introduced to the FLAMENCA team through Toolroom Records. Known for his fusion of Latin, Afro and percussive tech sounds, it was a perfect match. Blending Arabesque-inspired instrumentation with syncopated percussion and Latin rhythms, ‘Cuccú’ is a powerful club track that drives the FLAMENCA sound into the start of the summer season.
“I’m a huge fan of Flamenca, STBAN and the artists on the label,” says Seka, “so I’m absolutely thrilled to be joining the family with ‘Cuccú’. Really excited and can’t wait for it to be out!”
Speaking about Seka’s debut on FLAMENCA, label head STBAN said: “As soon as I heard the track, I knew we had to sign it. Loz is an exciting new talent making exactly the kind of music the FLAMENCA family loves, so it was a no-brainer to bring him on board to release ‘Cuccú’ with us.”
‘Cuccú’ by Loz Seka is released on March 27 on FLAMENCA Records via Toolroom Records.
