Kris Vango and DV/RF, an album on layers of astral cosmic psyche’s (Ψ) beyond objectified scientific discovery

Kris Vango’s DV/RF is a meticulously constructed multi-EP project that threads deep conceptual material through an intricate sonic architecture. Each of the nine releases orbits a specific dwarf planet or moon, translating its symbolic and mythological energy into shifting electronic landscapes. The music balances experimental textures with emotional resonance, weaving granular atmospheres, pulsating rhythms, and weightless harmonic structures. What elevates DV/RF is its duality: a scientific exploration of planetary identity (Φ) intertwined with the psychological undercurrents of the astral psyche (Ψ). Conceived during a difficult personal chapter for the artist, the work mirrors both cosmic dissolution and inner fragmentation.
