Built around meticulous tension and release, Consent unfolds through rich layers of melodic textures before reaching an uplifting, spiritually charged climax. While the production was initially conceived without choral elements, its defining character emerged during rehearsals for the monumental ODA Symphony performance at Kyiv’s Palace of Sports.

“I have been waiting for the release of this track for so long. People who come to my live shows know this track inside out and have been constantly asking me when it’s finally coming out. During rehearsals for the ODA Symphony show at the Palace of Sports, we decided to try adding a live choir to the arrangement. It integrated so perfectly and brought such an incredible, raw energy that we just had to keep it in the final studio recording. ODYSSAY is a Ukrainian electronic music artist and live performer operating at the intersection of melodic techno and progressive house. Rejecting the conventional DJ format, he performs exclusively as a live act, building immersive sonic landscapes in real time through a sophisticated hardware setup of analogue synthesisers combined with live vocals. In a landmark achievement for the Eastern European electronic music scene, ODYSSAY became the first Ukrainian electronic artist to headline and sell out Kyiv’s Palace of Sports, the country’s largest indoor arena.
