Following a strong run of early releases from the rapidly emerging SUNCTURE imprint, resident artist Kapir returns with Fractal Ecstasy, a driving new single that further expands the label’s distinctive sonic identity. Out now, the record sees the producer lean into chunky house grooves, old-school rave influences and rich organic percussion, delivering a track built equally for dark, intimate club spaces and open-air dancefloors.
Built around a weighty low-end groove, layered percussion and hypnotic rhythmic movement, Fractal Ecstasy fuses classic house sensibilities with a contemporary melodic edge. Vintage-inspired vocal samples weave through the arrangement alongside euphoric rave-tinged synths and evolving textures, creating a record that balances raw dancefloor energy with the warm, immersive atmosphere that has become synonymous with the SUNCTURE sound.
The release marks Kapir’s second appearance on the label following his collaboration with Sunora on Sunset to Sunrise, which introduced the producer as SUNCTURE’s first resident artist. While Sunset to Sunrise showcased Kapir’s melodic sensibilities through an emotive collaborative production, Fractal Ecstasy offers a deeper insight into his individual artistic voice; one rooted in groove, movement and timeless house music influences.

Los Angeles-based DJ and producer KAPIR is part of a new generation of Indie Dance artists inspired by festivals, travel and the communities that grow around music.
Drawing influence from Burning Man, Love Burn and boutique festivals around the world, his sound blends melodic grooves, organic percussion and driving rhythms made for open-air dancefloors, sunsets and long nights. His appearances include Burning Man, Love Burn and the Kuker Art Car at Lightning in a Bottle, alongside club shows at Do Not Sit in Miami and Members, Le Bohemia, Harbour House Rooftop, Jade and Velvet in Los Angeles.
