Circus Nation celebrates its 20th anniversary on 3 October in Granada with an edition that once again champions the roots of electronic music culture, bringing together different generations of techno, hard techno, breakbeat and drum & bass.
One of the main highlights will be Jeff Mills, who has chosen Circus Nation to deliver a 100% vinyl set as part of Solo Vinilo, the stage that for the fourth consecutive year the festival is dedicating exclusively to this format. Joining the Detroit legend will be Rolando, Ken Ishii, Gary Beck, Horacio Cruz, Marco Bailey, Orbe and UMEK.
Techno will continue on Circus Techno, headlined by Chris Liebing, an artist who was already part of the very first edition of Circus Nation in 2007 and returns to celebrate its twentieth edition. C-System, Christian Wünsch, James Ruskin, Lewis Fautzi, Reeko and Svreca complete the stage.
The hardest-hitting sounds will come courtesy of DOMO, which returns with its own dedicated stage for the fourth consecutive year, featuring A.N.I., Lee Ann Roberts, Neek, PetDuo, SLVL, SNTS and USH.
Circus Nation will also look back at a fundamental part of its history with The History, a stage dedicated to breakbeat. Aquasky vs Masterblaster, Evil Nine, DJ Man, Karpin, Lady Packa, Lady Waks, Rennie Pilgrem, Tortu and Ylia will be part of a stage that will also pay tribute to the historic Andalusian promoter Natural.
Completing the journey is Bass Rave, featuring Arcando, Benny Page, Doktor, Mad Sam, Moderate Hate, Nymfa, OTO, Phibes, Save The Rave and Serial Killaz.
Five stages, more than 40 artists and twenty editions of history. Circus Nation once again brings together the past, present and new generations without losing the essence that has defined the festival since its beginnings.
