PELIGRO FEST Brings Martin Garrix, Korolova, and Marshmello to Valencia for Its First Edition on July 25
On July 25, Estadi Ciutat de València will host the inaugural edition of PELIGRO FEST, a brand-new electronic music festival arriving in the city with an ambitious international proposal headlined by Martin Garrix, Marshmello, Korolova, and Nome. Designed as a one-day festival, the event is expected to attract 15,000 attendees for a unique experience that aims to establish Valencia as one of the leading electronic music destinations in Southern Europe.
For its debut edition, PELIGRO FEST has curated a lineup featuring some of the most influential artists in today’s electronic music scene, reflecting the sonic diversity that defines contemporary dance music. From stadium-sized EDM to melodic house and techno, as well as the emerging melodic sounds shaping the future of the genre, the festival offers a snapshot of the current global electronic music landscape.
Leading the lineup is Martin Garrix, one of the most influential artists of the past decade. Catapulted to international stardom with the success of Animals and his breakthrough appearance at Tomorrowland at just 17 years old, the Dutch producer has been named the world’s number one DJ on multiple occasions and continues to shape the industry through his label, STMPD RCRDS. His appearance in Valencia is set to be one of the major highlights of this inaugural edition.
Joining him is Marshmello, one of the most recognizable figures in contemporary music. With more than 16.8 billion Spotify streams and collaborations alongside artists such as Bastille, Khalid, Selena Gomez, and the Jonas Brothers, the American producer has successfully broken down the barriers between electronic music, pop, hip-hop, and Latin music, becoming one of the most popular names on the international music scene.
The festival’s more melodic and emotional side will be represented by Korolova. The Ukrainian artist has established herself as one of the leading names in melodic house and techno thanks to a meteoric rise that has seen her perform at major stages such as Tomorrowland, EDC Las Vegas, and Hï Ibiza. Her productions, released on prestigious labels including Armada and Ultra Records, have made her one of the fastest-rising DJs in recent years.
Completing the lineup is Nome, one of the most promising emerging talents of the new generation of European electronic artists. His sound, which blends the energy of EDM with a strong melodic sensibility, has already found a home at festivals such as Tomorrowland and DLDK Amsterdam, helping him establish a distinctive artistic identity that resonates with the genre’s new audiences.
Valencia, the Electronic Music Capital on July 25
“We wanted to create something that goes beyond a conventional festival. Bringing together artists like Martin Garrix, Marshmello, and Korolova on the same day makes this one of the most important electronic music events of the summer in Spain. It is a commitment to positioning Valencia as a key city within the European circuit,” says Enrique Ybarra, promoter of PELIGRO FEST.
The promoter adds that the format reflects a new way of experiencing culture: “The one-day concept allows us to concentrate all the festival’s energy into a single, carefully curated experience, where the audience can enjoy a complete musical journey within just a few hours.”
PELIGRO FEST will be supported by Smash Hiro and Nightwatch as official sponsors. Both brands are closely linked to the development of music experiences and entertainment projects, joining forces to help create an event that aims to raise the standard of electronic music festivals in Spain.
The organizers are working on a large-scale production that will transform Estadi Ciutat de València into a fully immersive environment, featuring stage and audiovisual designs conceived to enhance the collective nature of the experience.
