Closing the night is the event’s leading figure, Francis Mercier. Raised in Haiti listening to classic house music, it wasn’t until he moved to New York that he truly fell in love with electronic music and decided to embark on the career that has brought him to the global stage today. His musical identity is rooted in world music, weaving together influences from different cultures through the language of house music. Francis has produced tracks infused with African and Brazilian influences, collaborating with Brazilian, African, and American vocalists alike. His music is all about the journey—creating immersive experiences that transport listeners across cultures and make them feel as though they are in several places at once.
