The Valencian club welcomes a new month with a programme bringing together some of the most prominent names on the international scene alongside a strong representation of national talent.
Spook heads into October with a programme that once again highlights its commitment to hard-hitting electronic sounds and an ever-evolving clubbing scene. Techno, hard techno, rave, house and various other strands of electronic music will come together throughout the month, featuring international artists such as KlangKuenstler, Fantasm, future.666, FENIM0RE, BIXBITA, Cassie Raptor and DYEN.
The programme will kick off on October 3 with a Wololo Sound showcase and conclude on October 31 with a Halloween celebration focused on some of the most extreme sounds in electronic music. In between, Spook will present a diverse range of events that reflect the breadth of its musical identity.
OCTOBER 3 — WOLOLO SOUND SHOWCASE
The month will open with a night hosted by Wololo Sound, bringing a programme focused on techno and its harder-edged variations to Spook. The lineup will be headlined by Johannes Schuster, Luxi Villar and Ruiso, joined by Cubo, while Highrise, Nahum Korm, CHOOSELIFE and RAFFF will complete the bill.
Johannes Schuster has established himself as one of the leading names of the new generation of German techno, with a sound defined by intensity, powerful rhythms and a strong connection to rave culture. His appearance at Spook comes at a time of growing international activity, with performances scheduled at venues across Europe.
Joining him will be Luxi Villar, a Spanish artist associated with techno and hard techno, and Ruiso, completing the main lineup for a night that will also feature Cubo, Highrise, Nahum Korm, CHOOSELIFE and RAFFF.
OCTOBER 8 — KLANGKUENSTLER
On Thursday, October 8, Spook will welcome one of the biggest names in contemporary techno: KlangKuenstler. The German artist will arrive in Valencia for a night dedicated to techno, with a set starting at 11 pm and continuing into the early hours.
Born Michael Korb, KlangKuenstler has developed a distinctive sound rooted in high-intensity techno, combining powerful rhythms, percussion and elements of rave culture. His career includes the creation of labels such as Zuckerton Records and Outworld, as well as a growing presence at clubs and festivals around the world.
KlangKuenstler will be the main attraction of the night, joined by guest artists who will complete the lineup.
OCTOBER 9 — BUGANVILLA AT SPOOK
On October 9, the programme will take a different direction with a new edition of Buganvilla at Spook, an event dedicated to House and Tech House, taking place across The Garden and The Cube. The event will begin at 7 pm and continue throughout the night.
The evening will start at The Garden with a special collaboration with La Bola, featuring an art and clothing exhibition, before moving to The Cube, where Buganvilla residents will perform alongside a special guest. The lineup will feature Fes Bondat, alvar., Gurrex, Guillaume (ES) and Luis Bonias.
OCTOBER 10 — ROCKOLA 25TH ANNIVERSARY
On Saturday, October 10, Spook will host a special celebration marking the 25th anniversary of Rockola, under the concept El Origen. The event joins October’s programme to celebrate a quarter-century of club culture and history.
OCTOBER 17 — FANTASM + GUESTS / FIESTO
On October 17, one of the month’s most hard-hitting events will take place, with Fantasm leading the lineup. The artist will headline a techno night combining Spook’s programming with a Fiesto event alongside Confidential Recipe.
Fantasm has become one of the most recognisable names in the new generation of high-intensity techno, with a sound focused on the darker, harder and more physical side of contemporary electronic music. His appearance at Spook is part of a busy international schedule that is taking him to some of Europe’s leading clubs.
Joining Fantasm will be Claire, Confidential Recipe, D-bunk, Heykell Flowers and Simbiosis, completing a night designed for techno enthusiasts.
OCTOBER 24 — BCCO INVITES
The collaboration between BCCO and Spook will arrive on October 24, with a night headlined by future.666, FENIM0RE and BIXBITA, three artists associated with the faster, more energetic and underground side of contemporary techno.
future.666, the alias of Viktor Keller, has become a prominent figure in the new generation of high-energy techno. His sets are characterised by fast-paced rhythms, powerful grooves and a sound specifically tailored to the dance floor. He is also closely connected to BCCO, the collective and label through which he supports emerging talent and champions a vision deeply rooted in rave culture.
Joining him will be FENIM0RE, a German artist associated with the BCCO scene, and BIXBITA, completing a lineup dedicated to high-intensity techno.
OCTOBER 31 — HALLOWEEN
Spook will bring October to a close in spectacular fashion with its Halloween celebration on Saturday, October 31, featuring a lineup spanning different styles of techno, hard techno, rave and high-intensity electronic music.
The programme will be headlined by Cassie Raptor, DYEN and A.N.I., with distinct offerings also across the Total and Special-k spaces. Cassie Raptor will bring her take on hard techno and rave culture, while DYEN will deliver his powerful blend of hard techno and neorave, characterised by distorted kicks, trance-inspired synthesizers and influences from 1990s rave and hardcore.
The lineup will also feature Inés Isla, Lucía Gea, Ghettobusters, Ariezzz, Angelinanyuli, Laia, Sugar Free, Paola, The Cap Boy, Fran.cis, Tommaso Pizzeli, Pau Pérez, Sueezo, Pin and Mast, among other artists.
A night designed to close out October with one of the most intense events of the club’s monthly programme.
