Following up last year’s successful “Apollo” release on the label, Amine K returned to Stereo Productions at the end of December with another solo release entitled ‘Venus’.
As the artist says himself, it has been quite a challenging year for him in some areas, although he’s thankful to have been able to put out a lot of music that he’s proud of. Music is the language through which he communicates his experiences best, and this track is definitely communicating a lot!
The melodic synthesizers paired with the strong percussions that we are so very used to from Amine K drive the tribal infused track to high energy levels. The semi-rapping vocals are a welcome touch, giving it a splash of raunchy enthusiasm in all the right places.
Just like the majority of Amine’s productions, this track yet again is a feature ode to his African roots, even though his musical influences vary from Danny Tenaglia, to Deep Dish, Erick Morillo, Nick Warren, and even BB King.
“Venus” is bound to light up the dancefloors, check it out for yourself.
