Platonic soulmates, producer/DJ/vocalist duo Eli & Fur drop ‘My Reflection’, a third taster from their upcoming sophomore album ‘Dreamscapes’ on [PIAS] Électronique. The new single shone in their two recent sets at Cercle Festival Paris (inc. an iconic secret set in a control tower at the National Air & Space Museum). ‘My Reflection’: threaded on a portentous thrumming beat around which melodic tumbling piano phrases shimmer, entwined with a sweet breathy layered vocal, creating an air of melancholy, nostalgia and mixed emotions – ‘you’re still the coin in the air’. A heartstring tugger, full of feeling and beauty, this track is a true representation of them as artists.

‘Dreamscapes’ LP concept: an explorative odyssey that transports listeners to a realm where the ethereal dances with the actual, and the impossible vibrates within reach, offering a poignant demonstration of their songwriting prowess (they began as lyricists for artists inc. Pet Shop Boys, Girls Aloud, The Saturdays), artistic range and technical expertise. Each of the 15 songs tells its own story ‘about the beauty of all corners of the night, dusk to dawn and the flashes in between’, and the album represents a new phase of their musical evolution.
The Live Shows: demand is strong from fans to see Eli & Fur play live, after their live film performances, ‘Found In The Wild: Live’ and their seminal Cercle set from Skyway, Monte Bianco, last year. Their 2024 new headline shows at Village Underground (London), The Fonda (LA) and Brooklyn Steel (NYC) mark the first Eli & Fur live performances beyond the screen.
