Joanna Coelho is an artist in constant evolution. The Brazilian artist has spent a long time locked away in the studio, searching for new sounds, and little by little, the results of that work are beginning to emerge.
“Feel the Acid”,out on June 19th via Pyro Records, is a track that lives up to its title. An acid-driven foundation intensifies at different moments, accompanied by hard bounce elements and an intense yet volatile vocal. A track designed to make people dance both on its own and when mixed, proving that Joanna, best known for aggressive rhythms and neorave, is always in search of new sounds.
Among her recent releases stands out, “You Can´t Fake This”, released on June 4 alongside Alex TB in a schranz key through – Rave to the Grave. A powerful collaboration designed for peak-time dancefloors, packed with the overwhelming energy of schranz and carrying a clear message: authenticity cannot be imitated. Born from a clear vision of authenticity within the scene, “You Can’t Fake This” becomes a statement of principles: a tribute to those who have spent years building from the ground up and keeping the pure essence of schranz alive.
Through the same label, “Duro” will be released on June 25th, a schranz track with a groovy soul, Spanish vocals, and a strong Latin essence, driven by urban-inspired trumpets that bring a vibrant and recognizable character. Designed for the summer season, the track combines power, freshness, and an expansive energy that reinforces the artist’s hybrid character and unique identity.
Via Dolma Records, on July 10th, the EP “Techno” will be released featuring two tracks: “Techno”, with a rawer and more refined approach, built on marked kicks, a more contained structure, and open spaces that strip away excess to enhance tension and impact, showing a more direct, precise, and mature side of the artist. “Who I Am”, on the other hand, dives deeper into a more intense and experimental side of the artist, blending industrial textures with the force of hardcore in a composition charged with energy and dark character, further expanding the sonic spectrum of this new EP.

Beyond these upcoming releases, Joanna Coelho continues to strengthen her path within the international electronic scene with her incorporation into Goldroom Agency, one of the most influential booking agencies in the sector. Founded by the Warp Brothers, creators of the legendary electronic music anthem “Phat Bass”, and responsible for managing some of today’s most prominent names such as Lilly Palmer and Klawdia Gawlas, this new alliance marks a significant step in the artist’s global expansion.
These latest developments, together with the summer tour ahead featuring stages such as Grounded Outdoor on July 4th and Eskape Festivalon the 31st of the same month, where she will share the stage with names like I Hate Models, only reaffirm that Joanna Coelho is in one of the strongest moments of her career and still has much more to offer to this scene.
