Ricardo Villalobos, Fumiya Tanaka, Sara Landry and Clara Cuvé headline a new Pyramid session
Pyramid continues to move forward with its 2026 season, keeping its commitment to underground culture firmly intact, as well as to a programme capable of connecting different generations and sensibilities within electronic music. This Sunday, August 23, Amnesia Ibiza will once again become a meeting point for lovers of techno, minimal and deeper, more powerful sounds, with a night split between La Terraza and the Main Room. The official opening hours are from 11:00 pm to 6:00 am.
This week’s line-up brings together true legends of electronic music alongside some of the most exciting names of the new generation in La Terraza, while the Main Room will explore different facets of contemporary techno. A combination that perfectly captures the philosophy behind Pyramid: respect for history, creative freedom and a constant focus on the future.
Ricardo Villalobos takes over La Terraza
One of the night’s main protagonists will be Ricardo Villalobos, a fundamental figure in underground electronic music and one of the artists who has contributed most to transforming the way minimal techno is understood. His unique approach to rhythm, unpredictable structures, emphasis on percussion and ability to build slowly evolving sets have made him an absolute reference for several generations of DJs and clubbers.
Joining him will be Fumiya Tanaka, the Japanese pioneer with more than three decades of experience and one of the most prolific artists on the international electronic music scene. His style is defined by a solid, minimalist groove, an extraordinary connection with the dancefloor and a constant search for new possibilities within dance music. His own career reflects an evolution from experimental and more house-oriented sounds towards an increasingly refined vision of minimal groove.
The pairing of Villalobos and Tanaka makes La Terraza one of the major highlights of this Pyramid session, in a night focused on depth, detail and freedom rather than established formulas.
The programme will continue with Laidlaw B2B Kepler, bringing together two names associated with the new wave of British underground electronic music.
Laidlaw has become a prominent figure in the contemporary house and minimal scene, with a sound deeply focused on groove and dancefloor functionality. Kepler, meanwhile, is a project connected to the underground scene of northern England, with a regular presence in cities such as London, Leeds and Manchester. His links to labels including FUSE London, Constant Sound, Homegrown and Up The Stuss reflect a sensibility particularly rooted in house and club sounds.
Their B2B promises to be one of the most dynamic moments of the night in La Terraza, combining the experience and personality of both artists in a set designed to keep the groove constantly moving.
Completing the La Terraza line-up will be Germano Ventura, a Rome-based DJ and producer who is resident at Minù Clubbing and, during the summer, at Il Muretto in Jesolo. He is also co-founder of All In Records and HOWL, and has released music on various leading underground labels. His sound combines depth, groove and a strong sense of authenticity, shaped by years of experience directly connected to the dancefloor.
His career has taken him to international clubs including Fabric London, Cocoricò, Space Ibiza, Amnesia Ibiza and Sonar Off, establishing a particularly recognisable musical identity within the European underground circuit.
Sara Landry leads the Main Room
In the Main Room, the night will be headlined by Sara Landry, one of the artists who has done most to bring high-intensity techno to a new generation of audiences. Her sound moves between industrial techno, hard-hitting rhythms and an especially physical energy, turning her performances into intense, immersive experiences for the dancefloor.
Clara Cuvé has become one of the most recognisable figures of the new generation of European techno. Her approach is defined by extraordinary intensity, combining fast, powerful sounds with a selection that always maintains a strong connection with the dancefloor. Her international schedule and appearances at events such as Time Warp and Boiler Room reflect the scale her project has reached.
From Austria comes Aida Arko, an artist who approaches music as a deeply emotional and atmospheric experience. Her artistic identity is shaped by her Persian roots and by a vision of techno that prioritises connection, instinct and the ability to generate both a physical and emotional response from the crowd.
The night will be completed by Juliet Fox, the Australian DJ and producer who has established herself as one of the most active figures in the international techno scene. Her sound combines energy, power and a clear dancefloor focus, backed by a career that has seen her share line-ups with some of the biggest names in global electronic music.
Another night to experience the spirit of Pyramid
This Sunday, August 23, Amnesia Ibiza will once again open its doors from 11:00 pm for another night of Pyramid, a gathering that celebrates the diversity of techno culture and the importance of keeping the island’s underground spirit alive.
