Montreal-based producer Alex Zelenka is preparing to release his latest EP “Sun Showers Remixes”. The EP features a diverse array of reworks from some of the most promising talents in the underground scene. From the Antipop Remix’s driving beats to DJ Jes’s soulful take, each interpretation brings a unique flair to the original.
The standout moment of the EP comes from Andrew Emil’s remix, which infuses the track with a deep and groovy bassline, giving it a classic vibe. Latchwork’s remix adds a touch of IDM, while Matt Main’s version brings a more melodic and emotive approach. Grant Who’s remix injects the track with a dose of energy, and Zelenka’s own “Zelenkasaurus” remix closes the EP on a playful note. The EP provides a refreshing take on the original, which was inspired by a street performance in NYC and conveys a positive message of love.
The EP is due to be release on January 12th and is available for pre-order via invisibles-limited.
