Belgian house pioneer The Magician returns with brand new single ‘Night To Night’, out 17th October on Universal Music Italy.
A hypnotic cut that reimagines Baltimora’s iconic 1985 hit ‘Tarzan Boy’, the track pairs shimmering grooves and rolling beats with the instantly recognisable hook — reworked into a modern, club-ready anthem that bridges past and present.
A leading figure in contemporary house music, The Magician — real name Stephen Fasano — first rose to prominence as co-founder of the duo Aeroplane before breaking out solo with his multi-platinum remix of Lykke Li’s ‘I Follow Rivers’. Since then, he’s become a fixture of the global scene with standout tracks including ‘Sunlight’, ‘Shy’ and ‘Hippies’, while his long-running Magic Tapes series and label Potion Records have cemented his reputation as both tastemaker and hitmaker.
Never one to stand still, 2024 saw The Magician release his debut album ‘VOYAGE’, created alongside pianist Sofiane Pamart and producer Samaran, while also teaming up with Purple Disco Machine on the smash single ‘All My Life’, which garnered over 25 million streams. As a remixer, he’s collaborated with artists including Polo & Pan, Years & Years, Clean Bandit and Tom Grennan, while his extensive touring schedule has taken him everywhere from Coachella and Tomorrowland to Printworks London, Elsewhere Brooklyn, and Ushuaïa Ibiza.
With ‘Night To Night’, The Magician once again proves his knack for transforming familiar sounds into timeless dance floor moments. By blending Baltimora’s chart-topping energy with his own signature touch, he delivers a track that feels both nostalgic and future-facing — a perfect addition to his ever-evolving catalogue.
