The lineup for Francis Mercier presents Solèy brings together some of the most relevant names in today’s Afro House and global electronic music scene, alongside emerging artists who are bringing fresh perspectives to the genre. This combination reinforces the project’s distinctive curatorial approach, embracing an open, diverse and constantly evolving vision. On September 21st, you’ll have the chance to experience it for yourself.
Francis Mercier is one of the leading names in the international Afro House scene. The Haitian DJ and producer has developed a distinctive sound that connects House, African percussion, Caribbean influences and global-inspired melodies. Founder of Deep Root Records and creator of Solèy, Mercier sees music as a bridge between cultures, crafting sets filled with energy, emotion and personality.
Nitefreak has established himself as one of the most exciting figures of the new generation of Afro House. Originally from Zimbabwe, his sound combines African percussion, deep grooves, hypnotic vocals and elements of Progressive House. His music has received support from some of the biggest names in the international scene and perfectly reflects the global evolution of African electronic sounds.
Novak and Skyla Tylaa join forces for a B2B that connects different sides of the new African electronic music scene. Novak brings his experience in Afro House and melodic sounds, while Skyla Tylaa incorporates influences from Amapiano, House and African rhythms. The result promises a dynamic, high-energy journey where different generations and influences from the global scene come together on the dancefloor.
Nick Castle and Manu will deliver an eclectic, club-focused B2B. Two DJs with an open-minded approach and a broad vision of electronic music will come together in the booth to build a set driven by grooves, House, melodic sounds and different shades of the underground scene. A session designed to leave room for improvisation and for the connection between both artists and the dancefloor.
