Tremendo Pinkman returns with the single “Traspasando las Paredes,” the first preview of their upcoming album following the release of their debut album, “Sin Nada y Sin Nadie.”
The Granada-born band’s new track is a perfect example of the band’s new direction, embracing new synergies in their sound, with recognizable patterns yet a remarkable uniqueness. They embrace new textures, creating personality in their songs.
The new tracks on Tremendo Pinkman’s upcoming album were recorded, mixed, and produced by José Molero, the band’s vocalist, alongside José Ibáñez, a renowned Liverpool producer who recently moved his studio to Granada. Molero has previously collaborated with him on other projects. The mastering was once again handled by Martin Kuchta of Roughgrain Mastering, with whom they worked on their previous album. Tremendo Pinkman was born as a trio in 2019 with José Molero (guitar and vocals), Vicente Jiménez (bass), and Alexis Moreno (drums). Dani Rodríguez (guitar) joined in 2023, bringing greater depth and nuance to the compositions and beginning to work on new songs.
After performing in iconic venues in Granada and participating in several festivals, Mónica Huertas completed the lineup in 2024 as vocalist, adding greater freshness and dynamism, and participating in the creative process of the lyrics.
The band’s sound moves between indie-rock and alternative rock, but away from strictly commercial proposals. Their identity focuses on experimentation with other musical genres that center their message in an atmosphere that travels from the subtle to the persuasive. A drive that encompasses alternative, post-rock, dreampop, and pop with more electronic nuances, with sounds that travel from the 90s to the present day.
