Just days before its official release, singer Kateryna Buzhynska caused a sensation on TikTok — her new song went viral, reminding listeners of life’s most beautiful moments. In just a few days, the track inspired over a thousand videos.
“The core emotion of this song is love. The most important feeling in life — it lifts you up, gives you wings, energizes you, brings youth and joy. It’s the most precious treasure and the greatest gift. I used to sing this song at friends’ weddings, and it resonated so deeply that it became their first dance. I see this song as a wedding anthem, a first dance hymn. God doesn’t grant everyone a love this extraordinary, but I believe we should pray not for riches or material things, but for love — that feeling,” the artist shares.
The new track was accompanied by a lyric video generated with AI. The idea came about spontaneously — just like the coffee Buzhynska was enjoying with her friends that day. There was no budget, no long-term planning — just a burning desire to create. In just two hours, at the same spot where they met, they shot the video from scratch, with no financial investment.
“I believe this is the right approach,” Buzhynska comments. “The most expensive videos are still ahead. Right now, the most important investment is supporting our defenders. That’s where the budgets should go. Content, with enough passion, can be created for free. So I invite everyone to the ‘Volia’ tour concerts — there, you can help our heroes!”
The new track “Such Love Happens Once” is already being hailed as the top wedding hit of recent years. Its soul-stirring melody and heartfelt lyrics touch everyone who hears it. It’s a song about a one-of-a-kind moment — the most precious kind there is.

Kateryna Buzhynska is not only a legend of the Ukrainian stage but also an active participant in social and cultural initiatives. Since the beginning of the full-scale invasion, she has joined forces with Mykhailo Hrytskan for the charity tour “Volia”, performing over 350 concerts in support of the Ukrainian Armed Forces and raising more than 8 million UAH. Her concerts at Kyiv’s Palace “Ukraine” and October Palace have sold out three times in the past year alone.
Together with her team, the artist has toured across Ukraine, Europe, the USA, and the Canary Islands. Her song “Ukraine Is Us” has been included in school curricula as an unofficial anthem, while “Yak u nas na Ukraini” has remained popular for over 27 years.
