AURAL TRACE presents Whisper [THISBE Recordings]

“Whisper” is Aural Trace´s latest production, a 2-original track EP which gathers all the good things we love about the Berlin-based musician: Synth waves infused with powerful bass lines, upbeat percussive elements and that melancholia touch toying with our feelings and emotional boundaries that get us have his music on repeat.

Originally from Chile and now a resident of Berlin, Manuel Ortuzar, aka Aural Trace, is not a new-comer in the scene, with releases on Ombral INTL, Bordello A Parigi, Melopée Records, Play Pal Music, Melodize, Logical Records, as well as his own label Odd Pleasures he co-founded with Max Ferrer, his binom of their common project Random Atlas. At Thisbe, we are delighted to welcome him and his new EP among the label´s catalogue.

With “Whisper”, Aural Trace delivers another well-crafted EP, highlighting his mastery in music production, being also a mixing and mastering engineering by day.

The EP is completed by remixes by Rambal Cochet and Pyrame: Rambal Cochet takes the Goa Breaks route to produce a mix that drives the listener into an enigmatic self-reflective trip, while Pyrame brings the introspective voyage from the original mix into another side of our sub-conscience.

The tracks have been premiered on MINITEL, Feinstoff, Sinchi Collective and Why People Dance.
