CLO, a versatile and dynamic artist, has carved a unique path in the music industry, seamlessly blending her talents as a singer, songwriter, and DJ. Her journey began as the lead vocalist for the pop group WE ARE ENFANT TERRIBLE, a band that quickly gained recognition for its electrifying performances and bold musicality. With this group, CLO shared stages with luminaries such as STROMAE, THE TING TINGS, and CHROMEO. In May 2024, CLO launched her first solo album in French, titled ‘Ces futurs,’ a vibrant homage to the synthetic pop heroines who inspired her, including Lio, Yelle, and Elli Medeiros. The album is a celebration of retro-futuristic sounds, expertly crafted to marry lyrical storytelling with infectious, danceable beats. ‘Ces futurs’ established CLO as a formidable solo act, capable of translating her deep understanding of club culture into a polished pop framework.
Building on the success of her debut solo project, CLO released a remix EP in 2025, solidifying her position as a bridge between the worlds of DJing and pop artistry. The EP features collaborations with some of the most influential figures in the techno and house scenes. Among the standout tracks is the reimagining of ‘CHEVEUX LONGS CHEVEUX COURTS’ by the acclaimed duo YOU MAN. Their rendition transforms the song into a pulsating 90s dancefloor anthem, echoing the spirit of Da Hool and Aphex Twin. JUSTINE FOREVER’s contribution, a languorous acid disco reinterpretation of ‘MES DOIGTS DANS TA BOUCHE,’ adds a sultry, hypnotic edge to the EP.
Not stopping there, CLO also ventures into the global club scene by collaborating with emerging talents from Mexico’s ‘NEW LATIN WAVE.’ Producers like TONGA CONGA (from the group SOTOMAYOR), DJ W.O.L.F., and pop sensation KOKÔ CECÊ infuse the project with a fresh, international flair. Tracks like their techno-pop and deep house/amapiano-infused reinterpretations bring a lively, rhythmic diversity that promises to ignite dancefloors worldwide. These collaborations highlight CLO’s knack for identifying and elevating cutting-edge talent, further cementing her reputation as a tastemaker in the global music scene.
